We are increasing our Talents team!We are looking for a: JAVA DEVELOPER (Hybrid) - Madrid** Mandatory to speak Spanish and English **We are looking for a Java Developer to join our development team and take full ownership of implementing and maintaining microservices. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Java and be comfortable working across the full development lifecycle—from coding and testing to deployment. This role does not require architecture design responsibilities, but it does require strong technical skills and autonomy in delivering functional microservices.> Role Duties And Responsibilities?Develop, test, and deploy Java-based microservices following provided architectural guidelines.Implement business logic, data access, and integrations within assigned services.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Use asynchronous messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) when required.Ensure code quality through unit testing and integration testing.Collaborate with team members and participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint reviews).Follow DevOps and CI/CD processes for service delivery.Document implemented services and contribute to knowledge sharing.> Mandatory Skills And Experience?2+ years of experience in Java development.Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.Familiarity with microservices architecture and service-based development.Basic experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and non-SQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch)Knowledge of Git and common development workflows.Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologiesFluent English – minimum B2 level.> Nice to have?Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).Familiarity with monitoring tools or logging (ELK, Dynatrace, etc.).Previous work in a cloud-based environment (AWS).Understanding of financial services concepts and ISO-20022Conocimentos en procesos de ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) y Apache Camel o cualquier otra herramienta de ETL (NodeRed, Apache Nifi, Spark SQL, basadas en AWS… etc)If you are worried about continuing your progress, this is your opportunity!!!!!
