Job Title: IT Platform Cloud Engineer
Contract duration: 6-12 months contract
Location: Portugal ONLY. We are open for remote working in Portugal, and consultants are expected to travel to Coimbra or Castelo Branco offices on need basis.
Experience range: 5 to 7 years.
At least 5 years as a Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Automation Specialist or DevOps Engineer with significant experience with scripting and/or programming languages for the automation of IT infrastructure (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Rundeck)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation)
Knowledge and experience with (hybrid) cloud services (e.g. AWS EC2, RDS, ECS, ELB, Lambda and Nutanix)
Experience with containerization technologies is a big plus (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiar with Git and managing CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Linux system administration is a big plus
A proactive approach to exploring new technologies and implementing forward-thinking solutions
