INVOICE INTERN

📢 We are looking for a Business Administration Student to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group for an internship. Functions & Responsibilities:Work with the Production & Operations department and be responsible for managing the daily process of expense invoices and internal processes.Assist in the management of payment documentation and submission for approval within the company’s internal systems.Management and registration of the required purchase orders.Verify, process, and manage the invoice accuracy data.Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments to avoid duplication.Proceed with payment application approvals of expenses through the company’s internal system.Maintain constant communication with the superiors on all issues.Training & Experience Requirements (mandatory):Student in bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or any other related discipline; or equivalent work experience.Proficient or bilingual/native level of Spanish (equivalent to C2).Intermediate level of English (equivalent to B2).Additional requirements (desired):Experience related to expense invoice management, email responding and purchase orders, goods receipt reference and document parking.Course in SAP Material Management Module.Basic level of proficiency with ERP systems, especially with SAP SH4NA MM (Material Management).Intermediate level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Communication skills, highly organized and relationship management, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.Problem solving.Proactivity, with the ability to work independently and in a team.👉 Please apply with an English CV!
