INVESTMENT / PORTFOLIO ANALYST

In the frame of our continuous growth and expansion, ADEPA is looking for an Investment/ Portfolio Analyst with main focus in liquid instruments and UCITSMAIN TASKS The function of this role will be to work within the team of the Investment Management Department. More particularly the role will involve:Review of new investment proposals and existing portfolios of assets held by the UCITS managedMain focus will be the management of liquid structures and portfolios including credit analysis and performancePerforming pre-trade compliance checks on investment recommendations mainly for UCITSDeveloping and maintaining our Order Management System (OMS), including and not limited to:-Stress test on model portfolio and investment compliance rules;-Securities creation & daily reconciliation;-Order routing;-Middle office tasks and back office support;-Various improvements for the OMS: SWIFT, FIX, connection to other counterparties internally and externally;Perform regular updates and reporting to the governance bodies of the Management Company and the Funds BoardsIdentifying opportunities for simplification and streamlining of processesActing as primary contact for delegates of funds like Investment Advisors and Managers, Depositary Banks, Brokers, Transfer Agent, Service ProvidersQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCEMaster in finance or equivalent, or experience as Portfolio Analyst or in Portfolio ManagementWork experience in a similar position will be valuedKnowledge of investment funds and financial productsFluent in English, any other European language (Spanish or Italian) is a plusAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeSOCIAL SKILLSExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow instructions, set priorities and respect deadlinesConstant focus on quality and client serviceExcellent team playerProactive and good sense of initiativeDynamic, positive, open-minded, dynamic and long-term thinkingWe offer interesting salary package related to your experience and skills.
