Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills.
Several years of experience and interest in financial products, financial markets data management, analysis, and reporting.
Experience in Asset Management, Banking, Insurance Consultancy or Audit firms is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Excel; Bloomberg, Reuters, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong English knowledge required; further language skills are welcomed.
High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
Strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and a high degree of independence
Self-starter mentality with high standards for quality, precision, and attention to detail.
Perseverance, willingness to take responsibility and strong communication skills.
Strong team player with a creative and out-of-the-box mindset.Ensure, further develop and automate investment performance reports to enhance efficiency
Monitor and analyze performance metrics of investment portfolios and their benchmarks.
Ensuring Data Quality by execution and further development of data checks
Prepare reports and decision-making materials for management and external stakeholders
Analyze existing processes and propose suggestions for improvements.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to harmonize processes.
Collaboration and daily alignment with Performance Head Quarter in Basel, Switzerland
