INVESTMENT OPERATIONS ANALYST

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing operations team and contribute to transaction accuracy, closing processes, and operational improvements in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the accurate processing, posting, and clearing of securities transactions and income payments.
Ensure timely and high-quality month-end closing activities for investment portfolios.
Perform regular reconciliations of securities and cash positions.
Support internal projects and business initiatives.
Investigate and resolve complex operational issues, ensuring service quality and alignment with incident management policies.
Contribute to the development and tracking of KPIs to support performance monitoring and process automation.
Support knowledge sharing across the team, including training new joiners and strengthening internal capabilities.
Promote and maintain high standards of quality control, validation, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
4–5 years of hands-on experience in investment operations, financial markets, banking or insurance.
Solid understanding of traditional and alternative financial instruments, as well as operational risk.
Analytic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
Proactive, self-driven, and committed to personal and team development.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural, and remote-friendly environment.
