INTERNSHIP IN TRANSLATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Summary: The intern will form part of our Translation Project Management team. They will primarily be responsible for providing support to our Translation Project Managers in accordance to the standards of our company.Employment typeFull timeSeniority levelInternshipMain responsibilities: Provide support on different phases of translation projectsLook for corresponding linguists in the databaseNegotiate with freelance translators and proofreadersPrepare job folders and files for translationIssue POs for linguistsEnsure deadlines are met with the linguists according to projectsPotentially carry out linguistic/non-linguistic final eyes to ensure the final product meets clients’ needsEssential skills and experience required: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an assetStudies in translation or a related fieldExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skillsEffective time managementSome linguistic/translation backgroundGood communication skillsProactive, can-do attitudeAdditional essential requirements:Be enrolled with a University that can provide an internship agreement for the duration of the internshipBe available for a 6 monthsBe able to work full time (40 hours per week)Be eligible to undertake an internship in this location (either with EU nationality or a student visa)Don’t miss out on your chance to join our diverse team of professionals in the industry’s leading company.
