The International Host provides a personalized customer service, language assistance and translations to guests to enjoy their cruise.
Your primary mission is to create meaningful connections with our diverse international guests by ensuring clear communication and an enriching onboard experience.
By translating public speeches and facilitating smooth interactions, you'll play an essential role in making every guest's voyage unforgettable.

Your Journey So Far To excel in this role, you should bring.
Proven experience in a similar onboard role, such as an International Host/Hostess or Public Speech Translator.
Proficiency in at least two languages, including English, with additional language skills being a significant advantage.
A background in hospitality, tourism, or customer service, preferably in an international setting.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
A strong understanding of cruise ship operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Your Essentials To join our team, you must meet the following requirements.
Previous onboard experience in a similar role is mandatory.
Ability to communicate fluently in written and oral English plus languages between the European languages.
French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Chinese Mandarin, Chinese Cantonese, Japanese, Russian Availability to commit to contracts lasting several months at sea.
Strong adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills to succeed in a dynamic, frenetic environment.
A love for engaging with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
