Are you ready to take on this mission? On a 1-year maternity leave replacement and reporting to the CFO, you’ll be overseeing our finance and accounting department for Europe and Australia. What will you work on? You will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities and tasks related to finance and accounting of UNOQUIP in both Europe and Australia. A key element of the role will be your autonomy and analytical mindset to work through the tasks and project needed. 3. Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter most for this role): You will be responsible for the following areas: Managing and overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process, including preparation of financial statements. Ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounting entries GL AR AP, etc. Providing guidance and supporting the other departments on financial and accounting matters. Analysing financial data and presenting financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders. 4. You have / you are: Over 5 years of experience in international accounting and finance. Proven experience with advanced finance operating models as well as direct and indirect taxes. Demonstrated strong knowledge of IFRS as well as local financial reporting standards. A self-starter with hands-on mentality, good communicator, and a team player and ready to thrive in a start-up environment. Excellent language skills in English and Spanish. Advanced proficiency in accounting software (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and Microsoft Excel/Power BI. 5. What can we offer you?
