Process standardization, optimization and creation of workflows.
Develop the necessary methodologies to efficiently manage operations.

Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
In possession of relevant work experience (3-5 years) leading analysis, development of recommendations related to finance process improvement and operations.
Knowledgeable in financial management disciplines and processes, as well as familiarity with some of the technologies that enable the Finance function (such as ERP, IFRS solutions, Robotic Process Automation, performance management, etc.) Fluency in English.
Able to develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions.
Collaborative and flexible Versatile professional with leadership skills.
Able to build solid relationships.
Able to work effectively in a team.
