Building the largest marketplace in your city, to give access to anything in minutes. And this is where your ride starts YOUR MISSIONYou will support the People Tech team in ensuring the smooth operation of Workday by managing and resolving system-related requests, assisting with testing and troubleshooting, and contributing to the continuous improvement of People processes and tools.
You will play a key role in helping deliver a seamless user experience and ensuring data accuracy..
THE JOURNEY Support and control Jira requests related to Workday, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Support the team on analyzing, investigating, and resolving Workday incidents, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
Help with testing new configurations in Workday.
Engage in deep-dive analysis of requests to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Support to end-users as necessary.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Availability for 6 months full-time internship Advance Office/Google Sheets skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have.
previous experience using any HRIS (Workday, SAP, Factorial, etc) Nice to have.
familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, employee data management, or time tracking through digital tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Able to work in a fast-paced and growing start-up environment.
