A Day in the Life The functions to be performed corresponding to the offered internship mainly are.
Event Planning & Coordination.
Assist in the organization and execution of congresses trade shows and internal events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event logistics including venue selection catering and audiovisual setup.
Support the creation of event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Marketing & Promotional Activities.
Assist in developing event marketing materials such as invitations brochures and digital content.
Support social media and email marketing efforts to promote events and engage attendees.
Ensure brand consistency across all event-related materials.
Support translations materials.
Budget & Administrative Support.
Help track event budgets expenses and invoices.
Maintain organized records of event plans vendor agreements and post-event reports.
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination.
Liaise with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals partners and sponsors to ensure successful participation.
Manage delegate registrations and provide necessary support for attendees before and during the event.
Gather feedback from stakeholders post-event to enhance future event planning.
