This is a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates with a passion for data and business intelligence to gain hands-on experience, develop new skills, and build a network within an innovative company. Youll learn from experienced colleagues, work on impactful projects, and contribute to shaping Axpos data-driven future-all while developing your professional career.
What Youll Do
- Learn to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Assist in creating and optimizing data models to support analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with data engineers to help ensure accurate data delivery from source systems into Power BI.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide insights with guidance from your team.
- Participate in a Scrum team to experience an agile and collaborative working environment.
What Were Looking For
- A passion for data and BI solutions, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Analytical mindset with a background in engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field of study.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools through academic projects or coursework (a plus, but not required!).
- Eagerness to learn data modeling, DAX calculations, and modern BI tools.
- Advanced English skills German (mandatory for Baden) or Spanish (mandatory for Madrid) is a plus.

- A team player who enjoys learning in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills-comfortable working with your team and stakeholders in both formal and informal settings.
Nice to Have
- Interest in Power Platform tools like Power Automate or Power Apps.
- Curiosity about technologies like Azure, Databricks, PySpark,Python, or SQL.
