Deployment and consolidation of weekly and monthly sales forecasts across all channels and subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and a clear understanding of key variances and drivers.
Development and analysis of commercial data, identifying and highlighting key business insights, with a focus on revenue trends broken down by client, brand, budget, and forecast.
Act as key point of contact for general and financial management of the Group regarding actual sales and future outlook.
Lead, support, and oversee the sales forecasting process to ensure visibility and accuracy of projections, achievement of associated KPIs, collection of field feedback, and analysis of related risks and opportunities.
Analysis and monitoring of actual performance, with focus on volume, pricing, discounts and rebates, returns, YEB (Year-End Bonus), and other sales incentives.
Close collaboration with commercial directors, including regional managers; mapping and monitoring of KPIs to improve daily commercial results and ROI of key commercial initiatives.
Facilitate standardisation of analysis and reporting for the Group's cluster, in collaboration with local and regional finance/accounting teams; develop tailored analytics tools for key stakeholders (field force, regional managers, senior management), and deliver necessary training to optimise understanding and use of deployed systems.
Perform sales analysis at both field representative and account levels; create and monitor attack lists and promotional activity trackers.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Education & Experience.
Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business & Economics, or Engineering.
Strong proficiency in IT tools, expert-level in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data & Analytics-related role.
Fluent in English.
