INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Interim CFOWe are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a international Ceramic company based in Castellon. As the Interim CFO, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEOs and other senior leaders, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial future and success of our company.Responsibilities:Financial Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.Financial Reporting and Compliance:Oversee all financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.Risk Management:Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.Establish and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks.Capital Management:Optimize capital structure and manage capital allocation decisions.Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial impact on the company.Treasury and Cash Management:Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.Develop and implement strategies for foreign exchange risk management.Financial Operations:Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and financial systems.Drive efficiency improvements and cost optimization initiatives.Strategic Leadership:Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and expansion strategies.Provide strategic financial guidance and support for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Proven experience as an Interim CFO or senior finance executive in Industry sectorStrong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance and managing complex financial operations.¡Si este es tu perfil no dudes en postularte a la vacante!
