We want to get onboard an Interface Manager in Project will Lead the interface mgmt, definition and implementation activities that involve signaling and electrification systems with other systems in the framework of Siemens Mobility projects.
The position is located in Colombia Responsible for the creation and maintenance of information management with third parties that are related to the signaling and electrification systems  Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Interface Management Plan.
Responsible for the development, maintenance and completeness of the interface matrix.
Responsible for the interface specifications between the signaling system, electrification system and third parties.
Planning and Project management.
Planning of the tasks related to the management of interfaces within the framework of the project.   Follow-up of the tasks related to the management of interfaces within the framework of the project.  Creation of the Interface Management Project Plan.  Monitoring compliance with the activities described in the Interface Management Plan.  Project progress report to the TPL and its communication to the Delivery Managers.  Continuous improvement.
lessons learned to improve aspects related to the management of interfaces for future projects.
Use of Planner in an appropriate way to facilitate the management of the equipment, as required by the TPL.
Use of Project in an appropriate way to generate the work plan for interface management and facilitate the progress report to the TPL.
Support to the TPL in the generation of technical reports for customer communications, modifications and variation orders (technical solution, tasks, costs, deadlines,...) during the project execution phase.
   Management of subsytems requirements.
eview and analysis of project requirements related tointerfaces with third parties.  Definition of system requirements to meet project requirements related to third parties.  Support to the System Manager in the generation of the System Requirements Specification (SRS) and System Design Specification (SDS) in aspects that involve third parties.
Support to the System Manager in the traceability of the system requirements against the project requirements, using the DOORS tool.
Develop technical specifications of interfaces.
Support in the development of the conceptual, preliminary and detailed interface specifications (ICD) of the system with third parties (PIDS, PA, PSD, train, communications infrastructure, videowall,...) to the different Delivery Managers involved.
Develop integration test protocols with third parties.
Support to the Test Manager for the generation of the Test Plan of the project.
Support to the Test Manager in the generation of laboratory integration protocols according to the Test Plan of the project between the signaling and electrification subsystems and third parties, with support from the different Delivery Managers.
Support to the Test Manager in the generation of integration protocols in the field according to the Test Plan of the project between the signaling, electrification subsystems and third parties, with support from the different Delivery Managers.
Subsystem Assurance Coordination.
Configuration Management application required by the project according to the Configuration Management plan generated by the Configuration Manager (documentation management, subsystem configuration baselines, Change Request management related to interface management,...)  Support in the development of integration tests.
Participation in the system integration tests in the laboratory and in the field and generation of associated reports if required by the Test Manager.
Identification of issues and nonconformities related to the management of interfaces, as well as their analysis, resolution and management of their resolution in case of need of third-party support, throughout the different phases of the project life cycle.
Requirements.
  - + 3 years of experience in international rail signaling engineering projects.
- Experience in the whole signaling project lifecycle phases and related activities, from the requirement specification to the commissioning, including the warranty support after commissioning.
Experiencie in the workflow of tehcnical interfaces, especially for interface management, design and testing activities - Experience controlling project tasks and deliverables according to project schedule.
- Leadership - Knowledge in team management and with communication skills  - Continuous improvement oriented - Experience working in international and multidisciplinary teams.
