The Integrated Management Systems Manager will be responsible for the Management Systems that include ISO Integrated: ISO 9.001; ISO 14.001; ISO 45.001 and ISO 50.001, PFEC, FSC and other Certifications or Systems needed in the future (i.e., Food, Medical, Hygienic).Primary Responsibilities: Leading internal audits and managing an external audit.Leading the continuous improvement of the IMS.Making IMS driver for Process & Organization Improvement (Management by Processes).Leading and engaging different internal stakeholders and processes leaders to own and improve business processes and results.Advising, facilitate, and lead the organization in complying with the requirements of the standards.Responsible for systems management.Responsible for external reporting requirements (Regional Government and other public administrations).Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, desirable in Paper or Automotive industry.Very good level of EnglishFluent Spanish.University Degree in Technical Field (Engineering, Chemical or similar).Master’s degree in systems Integration.Experience in EFQM Model.Previous experience as an auditor is valuable.Experience in Chain of Custody (FSC/PFEC) and sustainability projects.Experience as user of platforms: Ecoiuris, IKSeem, Ecovadis.Leadership skills.Strong organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.The above statements are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of this position.
