Innovative Solutions Southern Cluster Leader The main goal of this position is to lead the Innovative Solutions organization in Chile accelerating J&J MedTech growth by elevating our value proposition for hospitals, health plans, and other NCSHs through innovation and digital transformation with our value-based solutions portfolio.
Responsible for positioning J&J MedTech Chile as the preferred partner for Surgical Care Pathway and Digital Transformation for hospitals and health plans by integrating best-in-class J&J capabilities and the healthcare ecosystem by:  • Continuously delivering on prioritized use cases for Surgery, Orthopedics, and Specialized Care  • Enabling Enterprise Agile Ways of Working to scale up our capability to develop, implement, and capture value from Innovative Solutions.     This position is also responsible for:  •  Innovative Solutions pipeline in the cluster, accelerating Digital Transformation at J&J MedTech Chile including creating digital capabilities and Agile ways of working across the Organization  • The External and Internal Innovation in Chile.
Building strong relationships, connecting locally, regionally, globally both internally and externally.
Become subject expert matter in the cluster for Digital Transformation in Healthcare.
  • Leading a team of Digital experts to advance with innovative solutions that integrate best-in-class J&J Solutions/capabilities and the Ecosystem Offering, expecting to accelerate growth at key hospitals and health plans by pull-trough commercial agreements.  • Integrating with other cluster leaders to understand, leverage, and maximize off solutions.  Qualifications    Bachelor's Degree.
MBA preferred     ·      5-10 years of business experience                                 ·       Expertise in Sales / Marketing – understanding and able to define business value  ·       Expertise in Digital/ innovative solutions in Healthcare  ·       Expertise in Agile Ways of Working  ·       Expertise in organizational change management  ·       Strong influencing skills  ·       Strong in building relationships internally & externally to develop and implement new solutions  ·       Strong in shaping and strategic thinking  ·       Previous experience in medical devices desirable ·       Fluent in English.
