Ingeniero/a Servicio Técnico Campo
You may be our new Senior Field Service Engineer

Key responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of Bossar (SIG) equipment worldwide
Troubleshoot and diagnose breakdowns (mechanical/electrical) on machines already installed, using test instruments and also from non-technical descriptions provided by customers.
Develop small PLC program modifications
Prepare comprehensive service reports, time sheets and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform updates and preventive/corrective maintenance plans at the customers site.
Be an active part of the SAT following an upgrade, modification or maintenance plan.
Supporting customer technical issues through remote support (when not travelling).
Develop technical documentation
Join the workshop team and support machine assembly if necessary

You bring these skills, experience education:
An intermediate or higher degree in Mechanics, Electrical, and/or Electronics.
Demonstrable experience working with machinery experience with flexible packaging machinery is highly valued.
Know-how in Electromechanics, with foundational knowledge of electronic programming considered a strong plus.
Solid communication skills in English (intermediate level minimum required)
A willingness and availability to travel worldwide
