Your day to day.
Responsible for contributing in technology IT framework definition through driving execution for new technology evaluation, adoption/roadmap of technical products and evaluation of new target versions of existing technologies.
Independently and efficiently scouting and evaluation of IT components, products, services and technologies identifying opportunities, gaps and impacts on operating models.
Working closely with all relevant entities (e.
.
VCI, Security) to ensure optimum service quality and minimal operation costs while ensuring an innovative and best of breed portfolio of infrastructure components.
Act as interface for the Vodafone Technology Standards process, with special focus on implication of scenarios and defining processes considering the Vodafone Cloud & Infrastructure technical ecosystem.
Provide technical guidance for the introduction of new technologies to allow Vodafone’s business functions and local markets to realise Vodafone’s strategy on technology solutions.

3+ years of IT Technology, Network, Storage, Database, Operating Systems, Converged & Hyper Converged Infrastructure experience Able to engage in efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as able to work in distributed teams Experience in technical programme management with service delivery and operational background Experience in IT Service provisioning and Lifecycle Management With these skills you are a great candidate.
Understanding Public Cloud principles such as landing zone concept, network connectivity, security capabilities, storage and backup solutions.
Knowledge of virtualisation and containerisation technologies.
Understanding of complex technical solutions and blueprints.
Understanding of complex technical Lifecycle Management proceses and principles.
