INFORMATION SECURITY PROJECT MANAGER

The Verisure Information Security team is currently seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Information Security Project and Demand Manager to support our growing on a group wide basis. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Information Security Project and Demand Manager will be a member of the Information Security team with a responsibility to deliver our Security projects/initiatives. Responsibilities Working within a Global organization, this role will be responsible for coordinating activities across the region for our Information Security initiatives and demands from the Technologies and Business areas, interfacing with key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of results. A successful candidate will need to have significant drive, an analytical and organized mindset with the ability to contribute to the continuous development and implementation of our project/initiative competencies and methodologies. As part of this role, the candidate will work with experts from all aspects of our exciting business with the primary goal of delivering projects/initiatives on time, on budget with high customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Works closely with Information Security teams in delivering projects/initiatives, using various methodologies. Tracking objectives and key results. Lead projects’ meetings and handle the project status reporting/dashboards to the teams and upper management. Oversee the execution of the strategic and operational plans. ​ Demand management from different stakeholders (Technology and Business areas)​. Work collaboratively with stakeholders, from across the business. Manage internal and external communication and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders within the project. Support Programme Manager in the budget and procurement processes. Continuously work with improvement within the organization. Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years of consistent track record within Project Management Lead in an agile way with an international mindset Good organizational skills, able to handle multiple running projects/initiatives Written and Spoken Fluency in English Desired Experience: Relevant Project Management/Agile certification (e.g. PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, SaFe) Experience with Cyber security tools and IoT (particularly smart home) Verisure We believe that we make a difference every day.
