We are present in more than 20 countries worldwide! We are looking for an Impact and Sustainability intern to join our HQ team in Barcelona as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social impact and sustainability to contribute to meaningful projects within a dynamic, international company.
THE JOURNEY Support the implementation of programs and actions related to the company's Social Impact objectives, ensuring their successful achievement.
Assist in organizing and participating in key meetings, providing essential office backup and team coordination for critical projects.
Help scale the Courier Learning and Development program across various countries.
Manage relationships with third-party organizations, including foundations, NGOs, and other partner entities.
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, both at HQ and local teams, to track and implement projects effectively.
Support with data analysis and reporting for each country's impact initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
Availability for 6 months full-time or part-time internship with a university agreement Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong plus.
Other languages relevant to Glovo's operations are a bonus.
Strong interest in social impact and sustainability Project management, stakeholders management  Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse teams and external partners.
Good knowledge in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
