s an HR Trainee, you will gain practical experience in various human resources functions, while developing essential skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Your responsibilities will include.
upporting recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
ssisting with onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
aintaining and updating employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
ssisting in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
upporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks and communication with employees.
elping monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employee welfare initiatives.
ontributing fresh ideas to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
ualifications Qualifications - What We're Looking For.
urrent student specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Managment or a related field.
vailability for 6 months from August onStrong interest in the hospitality industry and HR practices.
ood organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
bility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
amiliarity with HR software and MS Office tools is a plus.
anguage Skills.
Advanced English and Advanced Spanish are a must.

This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
