This position is a full-time role based in our Asturias, Spain.
The position will be managing Timekeeping   processes and managing third -party vendors that support German T&A processes.
Your key responsibilities.
Completes pre / post timekeeping processing activities  based on implemented procedures with heavy focus on  Luxembourg, Germany and Austria.
Reviews, analyzes, and verifies  timekeeping reports and documents for accuracy.
Makes necessary adjustments or corrections  using established procedures.
Authorizes,  reviews and/or may enter timekeeping transactions  and related data.
Performs recurrent activities stablished by audit requirements.
Acts as subject matter expert  and / or resource to others for timekeeping processing transactions.
Handles and / or provide guidance  for all employee queries related to timekeeping and other processes that relate to terms and conditions.
Responsible for other assignments per supervisor assigned.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree  in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or other related fields.
Proficiency in  English and German language skills.
At least 1 year experience handling HR processes.
Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel and Word) is a must.
Experience in using / managing one or more of the following systems is strongly preferred.
Service Now;   Workday;   UKG.
High degree of accuracy, often in time-critical situations; Effective communication skills to work with all levels; Experience in call center or shared services environment.
