Your key responsibilities   Develop, lead and execute comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project by implementing risk management strategies and monitoring progress.
Actively engage stakeholders and build relationships, understanding their needs and maintaining effective communication throughout the project.
Provide direction and guidance to the project team, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project records.
Conduct Project Governance meetings to discuss project progress, address risks and issues, make strategic decisions, and ensure alignment with Project Sponsors and Program Team.

Experience working with different Shared Services Models.
Familiar with data analytics and digital technologies to provide optimized data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels at the organization and manage change.
Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment.
