You will oversee all HR operations for our sites in Malaga and Alicante, including payroll, compliance with Spanish labor legislation, people management, and implementation of new processes.

Your responsibilities encompass various facets of human resources management, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and employee needs.
From talent acquisition to retention strategies, you oversee the entire employee lifecycle.
This includes recruitment processes, fostering a positive work environment, implementing training and development initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Duties & Responsibilities.
Manage HR operations for a diverse workforce, including payroll, Social Security, vacations, mutual insurance management of accidents, and absenteeism.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation and effectively manage all aspects of HR people management.
Demonstrate empathy and strong interpersonal skills while implementing new processes and fostering a positive work culture.
Coordinate and manage international employees, facilitating relocation & integration into the organization.
Occasional travel to Alicante may be required (at least once a month).
