Georgina Jené as independent recruiter and headhunter is looking a senior SSFF Expert (Consultant, Lead or PM) to work for a multinational company with more than 18.000 employees. FunctionsJoining our Digital Transformation Team, depending directly on the SAP Director, we are starting the search for an experienced HR Apps Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the development of a comprehensive strategy for the HR program aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Main accountabilitiesDrive mid/long term HR Success Factors (and other related HR Applications) Programs/projects. Collaborate and integrate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Infrastructure, communications, others, ensuring proper & continuous alignment. Develop added value ideas intro projects/drive innovation withing the HR area/ Lead and manage the HR applications portfolio. Lead the HR apps support service team, ensuring SLAs fulfillment, reduced backlog in terms of incidences, changes delivery (in time and cost). Key tasksLead the internal and external team dedicated to HR satellites/applications. Manage the external parties and ensure that the incidents and request are under control. Lead & Manage Projects in close collaboration with business/Digital Transformation& IT (Following established processes). Maintain contact with the software manufacturer (SAP) to be up to date on product updates and issues resolutions. Ensures timely execution of projects with quality considerations. Create KPI and reports to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the group. Leads and coordinates software and hardware projects in coordination with internal / external partners and cross functional/regional project teams. Manage project budgets and contracts with partner suppliers. Ensures compliant and reliable delivery of IT Solutions by internal/external staff/providers in line with SLAs Delivers small-scale change/enhancements and improvements to the IT solution. Coordination of internal and external suppliers / vendors Minimum RequirementsMinimum 3 years of IT project management experience, leading or service managementMinimum 10 years’ experience as a SAP HCM/SSFF consultant.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or similarTechnical understanding of relevant application including configuration, customization, administration, interfaces, etc.Experience in delivering solutions with near and offshore services.Proven experience in program management, customer advocacy, or community management roles.Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
