HR DATA & ANALYTICS SENIOR MANAGER

Location.
Barcelona, Spain   As HR Global Reporting & Analytics Expert you will be responsible for the HR Reporting process by providing cross-divisional analytical and decision support services, including advanced reporting, workforce data analysis, and data management.
You combine internal and external data sources leveraging DSM-Firmenich technology platforms and partnering with internal functions to deliver integrated insights to Executives and key Stakeholders Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring Global Reporting excellence by executing data analytics and performing relevant analysis as part of a data-driven Strategy.
This includes driving tactical and operational continuous improvements based on deep-dive analytics and specific quality checks using data-driven solutions.

Your key responsibilities.

Effective communication (written and oral) & Stakeholder management, change management.
General knowledge of HR processes from working experience in/or supporting HR.
