This role provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. The HR Coordinator will help maintain positive employee relations and work to ensure associate satisfaction through education of HR policies and by fostering a positive work environment. The Human Resources Coordinator should be highly organized, detail oriented and most importantly personable and approachable.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAct as an advisor and main point of contact for HR queries, policies and processes guidance and compliance interpretation.Ensure the effective use, management, update and maintenance of all data held on the company’s HRIS (Factorial).Ensure timely communication of written changes to terms and conditions of employment e.g., promotions, job title changes, leavers, salary changes, new contracts, etc.Support the recruitment/hiring process by publishing vacancies, sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.Manage benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.Control employee´s timekeeping and absences.Coordinate risk management actions (medical checks, training sessions, etc.).Coordinate and assist managers in employees’ evaluations and performance management.Assist with full employee lifecycle processes design and implementation.Other duties and projects as assigned and directed by the HR Manager Retail.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.
