1u00a0 u00a0 Join our global TUI Musement People Services Team based in Palma (Spain) as a HR Advisor for People Services, providing temporary maternity leave cover.
u00a0 ABOUT THE JOBu00a0 Process payroll activities through the HR systems (SAP), managing as well all related tasks for Social security and tax payments, and preparation of any relevant report and communication to the authorities and key stakeholders.
00a0 Ensure that employee and payroll data is accurate and up to date in the HR systems.
00a0 Participate in process improvement activities and propose initiatives for smooth document handling and information gathering.
00a0 Support People Services globalization initiatives and ensure best practise with international colleagues.
u00a0 Support digitalisation and automation of HR administrative processes.
u00a0 ABOUT YOUu00a0 You have previous experience in a Human Resources advisor position.
Payroll, labor contracts, social security, etc.
00a0 Ideally experienced in SAP HR.
00a0 You have excellent PC skills u Excel, Word, Microsoft Officeu00a0 You are an individual with a highly organised and pragmatic approach with a good attention to detail and the ability to deliver to set deadlines and analytical skills.
00a0 You are capable of maintaining confidentiality in line with best practice HR.
00a0 You are a proactive problem solver.
00a0 A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and efficiencies.
00a0 Be fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish.
Additional languages advantageous.
