Job Description.
Join a vibrant and driven team within HPE Aruba Networking’s Services Sales organization, where our primary focus is ensuring continued customer success through renewals and service expansion.
As the specialists behind the services side of the business, we play a key role in securing long-term relationships by working closely with customers, local sales teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
Our dynamic, collaborative team thrives on cross-functional cooperation and is passionate about delivering top-tier service solutions that keep our customers' networks running smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role.
Join our HPE Networking team in Spain as a Services Account Manager focused on the French region.
You’ll be part of a growing, collaborative team of 30, directly working under a growing 7-person unit.
This role is a blend of renewals, upsells, and new business, supporting customers with hardware and services critical to their IT operations.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage a mix of existing customers (90% farming) and new business development (10% hunting) Drive renewals by engaging directly with the end customers and unlock additional business opportunities Proactively engage with customers to expand service coverage, defend the installed base, and upsell tailored solutions Own the end-to-end renewal cycle, from planning and quoting to negotiation and closure Collaborate with presales, local sales, and channel partners to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes Maintain an accurate forecast and manage your sales pipeline using HPE tools and processes What You’ll Need.
3+ year of IT Sales experience Fluency in French and English Strong sales mindset and a passion for IT Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle renewals and upsells Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented Preferred Attributes.
Adaptable and open-minded team player Proactive, self-driven, and eager to grow Work Environment.
Hybrid.
3 days/week in-office (Tuesday–Thursday) Flexible work environment HPE is.
