The guests receive their first impression of the service of the restaurant by their exchange with the hostess.
The Waiter / Waitress must perform to ensure guest satisfaction with the high standard of service.
He/ she must undertake full responsibility in assisting in all aspects of brand standards, hygiene and safety practices, development in line with IBN AL BAHR specific policies and procedures whilst enhancing the brand image of the business.
Incumbent should be able to give the best customer experience as per company standard.
