IJ June COMMUNICATION MEDIA AND PUBLISHING FUNCTIONS Misión del Puesto.
Liderarás la unidad de negocio de gestión de talentos (influencers y creadores de contenido), con responsabilidad plena sobre la operativa, estrategia comercial, rentabilidad y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades.
Serás la persona encargada de consolidar la unidad y escalarla a nivel nacional.
Responsabilidades clave.
- Liderar el equipo de Talent Managers y coordinar sus funciones para cumplir los objetivos de negocio y expansión.
- Supervisar la ejecución de campañas de branded content e influencer marketing, así como su impacto económico.
- Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con marcas e identificar nuevas oportunidades de colaboración.
- Elaborar propuestas creativas y presupuestos personalizados.
- Velar por la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad económica de cada campaña.
- Acompañar a los talentos en la ejecución de campañas, presencia en eventos y acciones promocionales.
- Asegurar una correcta coordinación con los equipos de eventos, comunicación y estrategia digital de la compañía.
- Reporte directo a Dirección General.
Requisitos mínimos.
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en el sector del influencer marketing o gestión de talentos digitales.
- Experiencia previa liderando equipos.
- Capacidad para gestionar campañas 360º, incluyendo relación con marcas, presupuestos y logística.
- Perfil comercial con habilidades de negociación y capacidad de captar nuevas marcas.
- Actitud proactiva, resolutiva, comprometida y con visión estratégica.
- Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos cambiantes y con alto nivel de exigencia.
- Nivel medio-alto de inglés.
- Formación universitaria (preferiblemente en comunicación, publicidad o marketing).
Se valorará.
- Cartera activa de marcas o contactos demostrables.
- Experiencia en asistencia y coordinación de eventos.
- Flexibilidad para viajar (acompañamiento a talentos y presencia en campañas presenciales).
