As Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll be a strategic partner to our CHRO, defining and executing a world-class talent acquisition strategy.
You will attract, engage, and retain top talent across all our business units (Corporate, Sales, Operations), leading a team of 15+ dedicated TA professionals.
Your focus will be on fostering a data-driven approach, continuously enhancing our employer brand, and optimizing the candidate experience.
Your missions.
Strategic & Data-Driven Talent Acquisition.
Drive performance through data.
define and track key recruitment metrics (e.
., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates).
Develop a robust data strategy to monitor team performance, refine our "Hire formula," and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ensure Quality of Hire.
Design a framework to measure new hire quality (cultural fit, ramp-up, engagement, performance) and optimize hiring manager effectiveness.
Optimize Sourcing & Outbound Strategy.
Strategically analyze and leverage diverse candidate sources (referrals, internal mobility, inbound).
Develop and execute sophisticated, data-driven outbound strategies, including impactful email campaigns, A/B testing, and automation to re-engage candidates.
Innovate by "hunting" for talent through unconventional channels.
Proactive Stakeholder Communication.
Ensure transparent, data-backed communication of TA KPIs and strategic priorities, aligning recruitment with business objectives.
Employer Branding, Candidate Experience & Culture.
Enhance Online Reputation.
Own Papernest's online reputation on platforms like Indeed and Glassdoor, launching initiatives to encourage positive employee reviews.
Craft Compelling Content.
Collaborate with leaders to create content (articles, podcasts, events) showcasing our culture and attracting talent to strategic projects.
Champion Diversity & Inclusion.
Implement robust tracking for diversity commitments, ensuring equitable evaluation of all profiles.
Reinforce Culture Alignment.
Ensure transparent communication about Papernest's culture throughout the recruitment process, reinforcing strong culture fit.
Optimized Evaluation, Selection & Manager Training.
Refine Assessment Processes.
Finalize systematic post-recruitment evaluations.
Implement objective assessment methods (e.
., double/triple-blind evaluations) to enhance fairness and understand retention.
Strengthen reference checks.
Empower Hiring Managers.
Design and deliver advanced, practical training sessions for hiring managers, covering effective interviewing, objective assessment, offer management, and candidate engagement.
Strategic Planning & Talent Pipeline.
Build a Knowledge Hub.
Develop a dynamic knowledge base for recruitment best practices and continuous improvement.
Cultivate School Partnerships.
Nurture long-term relationships with universities to build robust early career talent pipelines and enhance our employer branding for schools.
Anticipate Future Needs.
Proactively identify and anticipate future job openings through close collaboration with leadership and HRBPs, preparing recruitment strategies and pipelines in advance to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Your profile.
Experience.
You have 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech scale-up or international environment.
Experience across multiple business sectors (e.
., corporate, tech/product, sales, operations) is a plus.
Data-Driven.
Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using metrics to drive recruitment strategy.
Sourcing Expert.
Proficient in outbound sourcing strategies and leveraging recruitment technologies/automation.
Brand Builder.
Demonstrated success in enhancing employer branding and crafting exceptional candidate experiences.
Process Optimizer.
Solid understanding of best practices in candidate evaluation and selection, with an eye for efficiency and objectivity.
Exceptional Leader & Coach.
Outstanding leadership and coaching skills, with proven experience training managers in recruitment.
Strategic & Ingenious.
A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovative talent solutions.
Communicator & Influencer.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing at all organizational levels.
Adaptable.

Languages.
Fluent in French and English is essential.
Spanish is a strong plus.
