Descripción Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales para aumentar las ventas, rentabilidad y eficiencia operativa del canal Retail propio.
Liderar, coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de Retail en campo (Area Managers y Store Managers), impulsando una cultura de alto rendimiento y orientación al cliente.
Supervisar la operativa diaria de más de 30 tiendas, asegurando excelencia en ejecución, estándares de marca y experiencia del cliente.
Gestionar y optimizar KPIs clave, incluyendo análisis de ventas, productividad, rentabilidad por tienda y gestión de la cuenta de resultados (P&L).
Asegurar la correcta ejecución en punto de venta, trabajando muy cerca del terreno para detectar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento.
Colaborar transversalmente con las áreas de Producto, Marketing, Expansión, RRHH y Finanzas para asegurar una propuesta de valor coherente y diferenciadora.
Participar activamente en procesos de apertura, desde la planificación hasta la puesta en marcha operativa.
Gestionar el presupuesto del canal retail, controlando costes y maximizando los recursos disponibles.
Analizar el mercado y la competencia, proponiendo iniciativas para innovar, mejorar procesos y expandir el canal.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares (Retail Manager, Area Manager Senior) dentro del canal Retail.
Fuerte orientación a terreno y resultados, con experiencia demostrada en mejorar performance comercial y operativa de tiendas.
Liderazgo sólido y enfoque en desarrollo de equipos, habituado/a a gestionar estructuras multicentro y a trabajar bajo objetivos exigentes.
Capacidad analítica y visión estratégica, combinadas con habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Conocimiento actualizado del sector Retail y comportamiento del consumidor, con sensibilidad por la experiencia del cliente.
Disponibilidad para viajar de forma habitual a los puntos de venta en España.
