As a fast-growing business company with a strong presence in the US and European markets, we aim to scale our brand, attract new users, and retain and engage our existing customers.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a deep understanding of B2C Business.
As the Head of Product,  you'll be responsible for leading, defining, executing, and analysing the impact of a strategic Product roadmap.
This role focuses on driving Product excellence, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional departments.
The position oversees multiple specialized roles and teams, including Product Manager, Product Owners, Product Designers, and Product Analysts.
Your Role and Key Responsibilities.
Strategic Market and  Product Development.
Monitor and analyze Product and Marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine Product strategies.
Define and plan a strategic Product Roadmap that sets clear and achievable objectives that are aligned with Business goals, including multiple departments and stakeholders.
Lead and monitor the development of the Product roadmap and analyze within the product team the impact of the implemented strategy and results.
Understand the Product 360 to anticipate upcoming changes on the markets.
Product Execution and Monitoring Data.
Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on Product performance and development effectiveness.
Ensure transparency by aligning data with business objectives and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams and stakeholders.
Define and track KPIs like  LTV, conversion ratios, retention, churn, CAC, ratios, funnels,  etc.
Provide regular updates on the implementation results and provide strategic recommendations to increase a positive impact.
Optimized the operational Product workflow to streamline productivity with the product team and collaboration processes.
Work closely with the Product team and departments to promote initiatives that will help the product to be better and support cross-functional goals.
Leadership and Collaboration.
Strong leadership by setting a strategic direction and ambitious goals.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner to stakeholders.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations with clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team success.
Collaborate with HHRR on budgeting, hiring, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing, empowered Product Team with multiple Squads.
