El Head of Product desempeñará un rol estratégico en la expansión de la empresa a nivel europeo, con especial enfoque en España y Portugal.
Responsabilidades.
· Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento a nivel europeo, desempeñando un rol estratégico en la expansión de la empresa.
· Definir la estrategia comercial y proporcionar soporte al equipo, trabajando con el resto del equipo de comerciales.
· .
frecer soporte técnico-comercial optimizado, adecuado a cada geografía y a los cultivos estratégicos.
· Participar activamente en los planes de fertilización de cada región y en las acciones de divulgación asociadas.
Requisitos •\tFormación.
Grado en Ingeniería Agrícola, Biotecnología o equivalente.
Se valorará disponer de un título de máster en la materia.
•\tExperiencia.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia trabajando con productos biotecnológicos y en la comercialización de productos biotecnológicos.
•\tIdiomas.
Español y/o portugués nativo.
Inglés avanzado.
Se valorará el dominio de otros idiomas (preferentemente francés).
•\tCompetencias.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo multidisciplinar, orientación a resultados, buenas habilidades de comunicación, resiliencia, iniciativa, pensamiento analítico y crítico, capacidad de liderazgo.
•\tResidencia.
Disponibilidad para residir en España o Portugal y para viajar.
