Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Se trata de una posición estratégica dentro de un entorno dinámico, donde la sensibilidad por el producto y el análisis de datos van de la mano.
Responsabilidades.
Liderar el presupuesto de compras de la compañía, alineado con los objetivos comerciales y financieros.
Analizar ventas, márgenes, descuentos y desviaciones para proponer acciones correctivas y de mejora.
Aterrizar el presupuesto por familia de producto, categoría y modelo, garantizando una planificación detallada y realista.
Trabajar de forma coordinada con los equipos de compras y producto, aportando visión comercial y sensibilidad por el producto.
Supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de dos planners, promoviendo su crecimiento y alineación con la estrategia de negocio.
Participar en la definición de campañas comerciales, rebajas y otras acciones, evaluando su impacto desde una perspectiva analítica.
Requisitos.
Experiencia previa en planning o controlling dentro del sector moda, retail o gran consumo.
Perfil analítico, con orientación a negocio y capacidad para interpretar datos y traducirlos en decisiones.
Sensibilidad por la moda y el producto, y facilidad para trabajar con equipos creativos.
Habilidad para liderar equipos y coordinar proyectos transversales.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
