We are looking for a Head of International Marketing to join our team as soon as possible.
Aufgaben

Development and implementation of the international marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales in global markets
Leadership, development, and motivation of the international marketing team
Adaptation of global marketing strategies to local market needs and cultural specificities in target regions
Planning, management, and control of international marketing campaigns (online and offline), including budget responsibility
Analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for the continuous optimization of marketing initiatives
Coordination of collaboration with international partners, sales, product management, and external agencies
Development of product marketing strategies and support for product launches in international markets
Monitoring and reporting of marketing performance to the management board
Ensuring compliance with corporate branding and compliance guidelines in all markets
Building and maintaining strategic partnerships and networks in the international environment
Use of modern digital marketing tools and CRM systems to increase the efficiency of marketing activities

Qualifikation

Completed degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a comparable field
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in international marketing, ideally in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of international marketing standards, processes, and strategies, especially in the FMCG, lifestyle, or similar industries
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing international marketing teams
Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of commitment, and a solution-oriented, hands-on approach to work
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong networking abilities
Experience in planning, managing, and analyzing international marketing campaigns and budgets
Willingness to travel extensively and strong intercultural competence to successfully manage markets in different countries
Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional foreign languages are a plus
Technological affinity, particularly in the use of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics software
Creativity, innovative thinking, and a keen sense for brand management and product positioning on a global level
