Buscamos un/a Head of IA para liderar nuestra estrategia de Inteligencia Artificial desde una perspectiva tanto técnica como de desarrollo de negocio.
Esta posición clave combinará conocimientos avanzados en tecnologías de IA con una visión estratégica orientada a la creación de propuestas de valor para clientes y socios estratégicos.
El/la candidato/a ideal tendrá experiencia consolidada en empresas de consultoría o compañías finales, con un perfil híbrido.
capaz de comprender en profundidad las soluciones técnicas de IA y, al mismo tiempo, proponer y liderar iniciativas comerciales, alianzas y proyectos de transformación.
Responsabilidades.
Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de IA en colaboración con áreas técnicas y comerciales.
Identificar oportunidades de negocio y proponer soluciones basadas en IA adaptadas a las necesidades de clientes y socios.
Liderar iniciativas de partnership con empresas tecnológicas, startups, universidades y centros de investigación.
Coordinar y supervisar equipos técnicos en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de IA.
Participar activamente en procesos de venta consultiva, presentando soluciones técnicas a nivel ejecutivo.
Evaluar y seleccionar tecnologías emergentes en IA (ML, NLP, GenAI, etc.) que aporten valor a la compañía.
Elaborar propuestas comerciales y RFPs con un fuerte componente técnico y estratégico.
Representar a la empresa en eventos, ferias y foros especializados en innovación y tecnología.
Requisitos Requisitos.
Formación académica.
•\tGrado en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Grados relacionados con la Informática o similar.
•\tSe valorarán estudios de postgrado en IA, Ciencia de Datos, MBA o similares.
Experiencia profesional.
•\tMínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con IA, tecnología o consultoría.
•\tExperiencia demostrada en el diseño y ejecución de proyectos de IA en entornos corporativos.
•\tExperiencia previa en desarrollo de negocio, preventa técnica o alianzas estratégicas.
Habilidades técnicas.
•\tConocimiento práctico de tecnologías de IA (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, etc.).
•\tFamiliaridad con herramientas y lenguajes como Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
(no se requiere programación activa, pero sí comprensión técnica).
•\tCapacidad de traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas viables.
