hat You’ll DoIn this role, you will spearhead the technical strategy for our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts, ensuring our Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partners teams have the solutions they need to maximize revenue and productivity.
Key responsibilities include.
ransform our GTM through technology, developing and implementing disruptive, AI-based solutions.
wn and optimize Factorial’s GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and post-sales operations.
valuate, implement, and manage new GTM tools (CRM, automation, analytics, etc.), removing obstacles and streamlining processes.
ead a diverse team of managers and individual contributors, inspiring and developing their talent to achieve ambitious goals.
dentify and solve business challenges using technology, leveraging key indicators to drive continuous improvement.
ollaborate closely with Data Ops and Engineering, as well as commercial teams, to align tech solutions with each department’s needs.
eport directly to our VP of Revenue Operations, playing an active role in the GTM leadership team and working cross-functionally with other department heads.
hat we are looking for At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with the strong interest in go-to-market strategies, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
roven track record creating tech solutions and leading teams in rapidly changing, scalable environments.
xperience in building AI solutions to optimize the productivity and processes of GTM teamsAdvanced Go-to-Market knowledge and an ability to interpret metrics that inform better processes and results.
