Descripción Serás responsable de.
Coordinar la elaboración de presupuestos y forecasts alineados con los objetivos estratégicos.
Diseñar informes financieros y operativos para la dirección y stakeholders clave.
Analizar desviaciones presupuestarias y proponer medidas correctivas.
Impulsar la mejora continua de procesos y herramientas de reporting, promoviendo una cultura data-driven.
Estandarizar procesos de controlling y asegurar consistencia en KPIs y políticas de costes.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Buscamos un/a profesional con formación en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería o similar, y al menos 7 años de experiencia en controlling o finanzas en entornos multinacionales.
Se valorará formación de posgrado (MBA o Máster en Finanzas).
Es imprescindible experiencia liderando equipos, dominio de herramientas financieras (Excel, ERP, BI) y nivel alto de inglés.
Se requiere pensamiento estratégico, orientación al análisis y habilidades de liderazgo.
