s a Head of Business Product Owners, you will lead the entire Business Product Owner team, providing direction and aligning priorities with business needs, ensuring the delivery of each part of the product.
The main tasks of this position will be the following.
ommunication with key stakeholders and product sponsors in different geographies.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the final product delivered is cohesive and aligned with the expectations of the stakeholdersWork closely with Business Product Owners to understand and consolidate their needs to prioritize them based on the global business strategy.
oordination and daily work with all the work areas involved in the projects (technology, operations, business, legal, compliance, risks, finances, etc.)Detection and escalation of risks, analysis and proposal of solutions for their mitigation.
esponsible for budgeting of requirementsReporting and trackingManagement and control of all product documentationDirect contact with senior managementTo be successful in the role you must have.
niversity Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, e-business, design or digital field.&# years of professional experience in business consulting, FinTech, or digital business projects in a product management or business analysis roles.
igh knowledge of user experience requirements for front-end digital flows.
ood understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in cross-functional agile teams and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches.
onceptual knowledge of business processes and front-to-back solution architecture that support retail Markets products & services.
xceptional problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw conclusions.
ollaborative and effective work in a group dynamic.
dvanced level in English.
