Tasks
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients
Develop and refine recipes with a creative, innovative approach
Work with fermentations, dry-aging, and house-made products
Maintain high kitchen standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Collaborate with a passionate team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality control guidelines
Requirements
✅ Culinary experience (fine dining is a plus, Michelin-star background is even better)
✅ A strong work ethic and a passion for cooking
✅ Team player mentality – we thrive on collaboration

✅ Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
