In this position, providing an excellent service experience for every guest is central, whereby personal contact with hotel guests is essential.
You will work closely with all departments in the hotel.
Moreover, you develop an extensive program for VIP guests, where you have a natural "drive" to surprise guests.
You are also responsible for checking and complying with the Quality Standards set within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.
You are responsible for resolving complaints, responding to all questions and requests that guests have and you respond to all online reviews that guests post about the hotel.
Your goal is to give every guest an “Extraordinary” experience; you are always one step ahead and love exceeding the guests' expectations.
No is not an option for you; you get energized by interacting with colleagues and guests from different cultures, you have a positive mindset and an eye for detail.
Your main tasks.
• To provide all guests with high-quality service and care.
• To consistently provide and maintain the highest level of guest care and service, to ensure guests feel welcome and that their needs will be attended to al all times during their stay.
• To create extraordinary moments for our guests and clients, to ensure the accomplishment of the Quality KPIs per month.
• To review together with the direct supervisor the competition of the Quality Check list, every quarter.
• To plan and follow the guidelines of the Quality Calendar.
• To review elite arrivals/discovery members/VIPs during daily meetings and the enhancement benefits they will be receiving.
• To communicate with all Departments to ensure they have the necessary resources available to pull through the enhancements on a daily basis for the guests.
• To be in charge of the amenities and welcome letters (make sure everything looks appropriate).
• To manager pre – arrival calls this would give a possibility to know what time guests are planning to arrive at the hotel, if they need any assistance prior to arrival.
