Our leadership team brings deep expertise in ESG, sustainability, and impact investing, aiming to set new standards in how businesses operate and contribute to a sustainable future.Position Overview:CommonShare is looking for a driven B2B Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, enhancing our market position and accelerating revenue growth through effective inbound and outbound marketing strategies. This role will be pivotal in building our brand’s presence and driving the adoption of our platform among key B2B segments.Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft strategic marketing plans to penetrate target B2B markets, driving awareness and adoption of CommonShare's platform. Use a mix of inbound and outbound marketing techniques to generate leads and convert them into sales.Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of marketing professionals, initially starting with two team members, with a focus on performance optimization and professional development.Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and newsletters that articulate the value of CommonShare.Performance Metrics: Define, measure, and report on key marketing performance metrics, using data to drive better outcomes and optimize campaign effectiveness.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, refining marketing strategies based on findings.Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align on qualifying criteria, lead scoring, and ensure a seamless flow of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).CRM and Automation Tools: Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, manage marketing content, and effectively nurture leads through the sales funnel.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI across campaigns and initiatives.Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record in B2B growth marketing, ideally within a tech or sustainability-focused company.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PCM® Digital Marketing) is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms and SEO/SEM tools.
