Design and support the execution of transformation roadmaps working closely with IAGs businesses.
Skills required.
Resilience and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset and razor-sharp execution Ability to influence and communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems Capability to build strong relationships and engage with and influence stakeholders of all levels (verbally and written) Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty Able to strike balance between short-term improvement and long-term value generation highly ambitious and delivering results quickly Commitment to service excellence and process enhancement Strong people skills with an ability to coach and develop others Qualifications.
Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish Change management experience supporting and implementing multiple solutions involving people process policy and technology Good understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the own area of responsibility Working proficiency in MS Excel MS Word PowerPoint Working experience at an airport desirable.
