Mission As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will support the regional marketing team by delivering compelling visual assets, including creative pack shots and engaging visuals for marketing presentations aimed at EAT customers.
You are expected to be both conceptual and hands-on—bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table and turning them into impactful designs.
You’ll work across multiple brands, understanding their unique identities and leveraging them strategically to enhance our marketing efforts.
Your mission is to translate marketing and branding strategies into visually striking campaigns that stand out from the competition and resonate with our audience.
Functions Support Regional Marketing Teams.
Create smart, impactful visual assets such as packaging designs, pyramids, labels, and mood boards to enhance marketing campaigns for EAT customers.
Ensure all presentations are bold, engaging, and visually aligned with campaign goals.
Develop Branding Proposals.
Design and execute branding concepts and marketing campaigns for key customers, ensuring visual coherence and adherence to design best practices.
Act as a creative advisor within the team.
Ensure Brand Consistency.
Uphold and apply Eurofragance’s visual identity standards across all materials and touchpoints.
Prepare Print-Ready Files.
Deliver high-quality final artwork suitable for production, ensuring accuracy and technical compliance for printing.
Trend Research & Proactive Design.
Stay up to date with packaging and color trends.
Once a year, develop and present a proactive creative proposal aligned with marketing strategies to inspire and engage customers.
Enhance Unboxing Experience.
Design packaging solutions that elevate the unboxing experience and create a lasting impression when products reach customers.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally.
Work closely with the Creative Studio and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across branding, product, and campaign initiatives.
Liaise with External Suppliers.
Manage communication with vendors to source and deliver best-in-class visual solutions tailored to business needs.
From Concept to Execution.
Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
Produce sketches, storyboards, and creative briefings to bring ideas to life.
Event Support.
Assist the marketing team in decorating venues for client events, ensuring the visual setup aligns with the event’s concept and brand identity.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in logo design, typography, color theory, print production, image curation, and packaging design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
Strong creative vision with a solid understanding of industry trends and customer brand needs.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
