About the Rev-Celerator Graduate programme
Are you a recent graduate eager to shape the future of financial technology? Ready to make a meaningful impact and bring innovative ideas to life? Well, the Rev-celerator Graduate Operations Manager programme is designed just for you.

First, kick off with a few weeks of bootcamp, where we ll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to start developing your skills. After successful preparation, we ll launch you into on-the-job training where you ll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving, and tasks to own.
Were looking for a Graduate Strategy Operations Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.

What you ll be doing
- Working to optimise product or services to enhance internal or external customer experience
- Researching and proposing new features to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Performing deep analysis and translating the outcomes into meaningful next steps for operational implementation
- Developing strategic relationships and participating in negotiations
- Contributing to product development efforts that are vital to delivering the best possible experience to Revolut customers
- Learning from industry leaders and participating in weekly meetings to stay aligned with team priorities
- Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and communicating key outcomes
- Sharing updates about your work with our diverse global teams
- Attending regular performance reviews to receive feedback and guide your development

What youll need:
- A 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above)
- To have graduated university in 2023, 2024, or 2025
- A degree in a STEM or other highly quantitative area of study
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, and/or R
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
- An interest in the financial industry
- Previous working experience or an internship at a top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing tech company
- Full-time availability for the programme starting in September 2025
