GLOBAL PEOPLE ANALYTICS MANAGER

As Global People Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight, steering and further development of the People Data and Analytics strategy and activities for AZ Technology worldwide. This includes the planning and delivery of required data insights/trends and reports, further standardization and efficiency in analytics processes and capabilities, and refinement and implementation of a global data governance framework. You will work with business leaders and product owners to define requirements for People insights to enable efficient and effective & efficient delivery of business intelligence, and drive innovation in People Analytics with new tools (i.e. Data Cube) and products (e.g. predictive models and forecasts) for business consumption and benefit.You willDefine and steer a global Data Strategy within the People Function in alignment with other internal stakeholders(including EMT, local business leaders, People Function Leadership team/ Product Owners)Ensure Data Governance in the People Function globally, in alignment with the overarching Data Governance framework and as part of the global CDO community in AllianzReview and implement efficiency improvement measures in current reporting processes (e.g. standardization, automation) to establish seamless procedures and greatly improve delivery times, data accuracy and reducing costs.Define and implement new Data Solutions/ Products to meet changing business needs and objectives by linking the Data Strategy to the Business StrategyDevelop scalable data solutions in conjunction with other (internal) business stakeholders (e.g. Business Applications)to realize "products" which can be offered to wider Allianz Group to address common problems (e.g. Data Cube)Represent Allianz Technology interests towards Allianz Group and support co-development of Group-wide positions/solutions, as requiredManage a small, international team of expertsYour skills Expert user of leading data analytics solutions10+ years (corporate) business experienceExcellent university degree/ tertiary qualification in relevant fieldExperience with analyzing/ modelling people-related and organizational data is advantageousExperience in an international working environment and leading (international) teamsFluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a bonusExpert with MS Excel & Access, competency with MS Office suiteExcellent command of top-end/ cutting edge-data analytics methods and tools (e.g. ‘R’, Tableau, etc.)Solid communication skills (written/ spoken) to different hierarchies, incl. excellent presentation skills (in person and virtual);Ability to simplify complex topics also for non-experts, and make content/ findings relevant for the customer;Ability to speak to/ communicate with different management ranks at the appropriate level of detail and translate management requirements into tangible data deliveriesAbility to work independently, as well as engaging with various stakeholders in virtual teams across continents and cultures;Strong problem-solving skills, hands on mentality with capability to deliver results;Capability to ‘connect the dots’ – understanding the impact of business developments on data and analytics requirements;People management/ leadership experience;Good assertiveness and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple priorities.Your benefits:We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroadWe believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location)From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach.About Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
